- Will you charge me extra if I exceed a limit?
No. We pause your account at the plan limit and ask before upgrading you. We will not silently charge a higher tier mid-month, and we won't refuse a refund if it happens by mistake. Stories of mid-month auto- upgrades and four-figure surprise bills are what convinced us to put this in writing.
- How do I cancel?
One click from
Settings → Billing. Effective end of the current period — you keep what you've already paid for, no pro-rating tricks.- Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Within 30 days, full refund, no questions. After that, email us — if your situation is reasonable (illness, accidental annual click, the tool didn't work for you), we'll figure it out. Refunds aren't scripted; they're handled by humans.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind. After that, it's permanently deleted. You can export everything from settings before you go.
- Why is the 14-day trial paid plans only?
Because the wedge features — voice-from-posts training, the Newsroom, repurposing — are what make AImpress worth using. The Free tier is a real product, not a trial; it just doesn't include those.
- Do you charge for AI usage on top of the plan?
No. AI generations are counted against your plan's monthly cap. We absorb the model cost. If you genuinely need more than the cap, the next tier is the answer — not a surprise overage charge.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (via Stripe), in any currency Stripe supports. Stripe handles VAT/sales tax automatically based on where you are. We don't see or store your card.
